Role Overview

State Street seeks an experienced and technically sophisticated Multi Asset Class Trader, VP, to execute EMEA Fixed Income, Equity, Futures, and Options activities. This key team member will serve as the execution management point for the Portfolio Solutions trading team, coordinating across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Candidates may have buyside or sell side trading experience, with a strong understanding of Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) and execution consulting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trading : Execute Fixed Income trades primarily, with preferred experience in Multi-asset classes (Equities, Futures, Options). Engage in pre-trade analysis, define trading strategies, monitor markets, and communicate opportunities to clients. Manage broker relationships and perform due diligence on trading platforms and brokers.
2. Operations Collaboration : Ensure timely data delivery, maintain accurate trading records, and drive automation of manual processes.
3. Utilize TCA Tools : Conduct quarterly TCA analyses, evaluate industry trends, and innovate on trading insight tools to improve efficiency.
