Your Job

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform user flows, wireframes, and overall design decisions, ensuring solutions are driven by genuine user needs.

Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, translating research insights and user feedback into thoughtful, cohesive designs.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in the design language across platforms and products, balancing visual appeal with usability.

Develop interaction concepts and contribute to information architecture planning, ensuring a seamless user journey that meets conversion and usability standards.

Spar with other UI/UX Designers in the team and stakeholders to develop and refine rough and fine concepts.
Your Skills

A degree or training in the field of interaction design, information design, communication design or similar and have several years of experience as a user interface and user experience designer for digital products.

You have relevant experience in working with design guidelines, pattern libraries and the application of human interface/material design guidelines.

Strong background in user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate insights into effective user flows and design elements.

Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and other design and wireframe tools, with a keen eye for detail and consistency across design elements.

You work creatively, structured and independently and are not afraid to question ideas and concepts to achieve the best result considering a holistic user experience.

Familiarity with UX principles and accessibility standards, staying up-to-date on UX/UI trends and practices that improve the user experience.

Collaborative and open to giving and receiving feedback, with a proactive approach to bringing user insights into every stage of the design process.

You have an excellent command of English; German is a plus.
