Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We take a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

Responsibilities

• Write and develop software and web applications independently – from the database connection to the user interface.
• Help define the respective requirements and derive and develop suitable solutions for our customers.
• Write and design APIs, connect databases, and create appealing dashboards for our customers.
• Bring the products you have developed into live operation, ensuring a smooth process while keeping an eye on the business value for our customers.
• Advise our customers on suitable technologies and tools.
• Develop new dashboards, reporting tools, and applications that support our machine learning/deep learning model training or visualize their results.
• Participate in various internal knowledge exchange formats.
• Be involved in various aspects of project management, e.g., by taking responsibility for a sub-project or supporting the proposal process and the preparation of customer presentations.

Your profile

• A degree or training in (business) informatics, web development, or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in software development and the implementation of web applications or their frontends, ideally in the field of Data & AI and/or the consulting business.
• Familiarity with SQL, Docker, and cloud hosting (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) as well as dashboarding/visualization libraries.
• Knowledge of Java Springboot, Angular, databases (queries, schemas, etc.), and BI tools (such as Tableau, PBI, etc.) is a plus.
• Enjoy working independently and have at least a very good command of English and advanced knowledge of written and spoken German.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips to our customers on-site in DE/AT/CH.
