As we expand our team, we are currently looking for dedicated support in the area of Tech Recruiting on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- You primarily recruit talents in the fields of Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Strategy Consulting, and trainers for our AI Academy.
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for all our open positions, from screening to contract offer, and continuously develop and optimize the process.
- You are also involved in our project to digitally support the recruiting process.
- With your empathy, structured, and detail-oriented approach, you ensure a smooth recruiting process and create a unique candidate experience.
- You create job profiles and publish them on suitable channels.
- You proactively reach out to potential talents on social media (Active Sourcing).
- You work closely with the specialist departments to understand their requirements and actively contribute to team development.
- You take care of building a talent pipeline as well as maintaining and further developing our talent pool.
- You also support the development of statworx’s employer brand by positioning us on various channels and through different initiatives (e.g., social media, career fairs).
- You identify recruiting trends and integrate them meaningfully.
- You develop and maintain key metrics to measure recruiting success and derive optimization measures from them.
- Finally, beyond your recruiting focus, you also enjoy working on broader People Relations topics and actively contribute to cross-functional and interdisciplinary projects.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed your studies in business, social sciences, psychology, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on human resources.
- You have at least one year of hands-on experience in recruiting, ideally in a tech environment.
- Ideally, you have also gained experience in active sourcing and have a solid understanding of tech job requirements.
- You are outgoing and have a strong sense of how to interact with people.
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken.
- You are passionate about new and innovative recruiting trends as well as future topics in the areas of digitalization and New Work.
- You have a confident and engaging presence, allowing you to represent our company optimally in the recruiting process.
- Overall, you stand out due to your independent working style and hands-on mentality.
- You are willing to support us primarily on-site at our office in Frankfurt.
