Leveraging your technical and commercial expertise, you will identify new opportunities, shape market strategies, and support profitable growth across global markets. /ppbYour Responsibilities /b /pulliDrive business development activities across Industrial Testing markets, owning market analysis, identifying and converting new business opportunities to achieve growth targets. /liliDefine target markets, applications, and key accounts, ensuring alignment of sales and marketing activities. /liliBuild relationships with strategic customers and ecosystem partners, support key accounts, and coordinate customer engagements globally (up to 20% travel). /liliAct as the technical and commercial expert for Industrial Testing applications, providing market insights, customer analysis, and support to sales teams. /liliIdentify customer needs, market trends, competitive gaps, and emerging technologies, translating insights into actionable input for Product Management and new product development. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. /liliExperience in industrial testing, automated testing systems, production engineering, or industrial automation environments. /liliProven track record in business development, market analysis, and Go-to-Market planning. /liliStrong combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen; additional business or sales knowledge is advantageous. /liliExperience working with industrial technologies, manufacturing processes, and/or IoT-related solutions. /liliProficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and CRM systems is beneficial. /liliFluency in English is required (at least C1 level); German language skills are beneficial and additional languages are an advantage. /liliEntrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented personality with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3p#LI-PR1 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
