We are hiring an AI Engineer for an innovative client transforming engineering workflows with cutting-edge, open-source-powered tools. Their solutions are trusted by global leaders in the automotive, aerospace, and medical sectors. This role focuses on building scalable multi-agent systems driven by LLMs to automate traceability, compliance, and contextual intelligence in safety-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement multi-agent architectures using LLMs
- Develop systems for agent collaboration, communication, and task execution
- Integrate models with internal and external toolchains
- Explore privacy-first AI approaches such as federated learning
- Fine-tune and deploy models using PEFT, LoRA, and related techniques
- Connect to systems via APIs, CI pipelines, and MLOps infrastructure
Tech Stack Includes:
Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangGraph, CrewAI, Docker, Kubernetes, VectorDBs, Neo4j, Azure/AWS/GCP
Ideal Profile:
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Experience building multi-agent AI systems and working with LLMs
- Strong Python skills and deep knowledge of ML frameworks
- Understanding of federated learning, DevOps, and real-world AI system integration
- Fluent in English; German or other European languages a plus
