Bloom is seeking a Founding Systems & Growth Engineer to architect the growth tech stack, data infrastructure, and internal tools that scale with us. You’ll own core operations, automate workflows, and build dashboards forecasting burn, revenue, and runway ahead of our Series A. You’ll collaborate with founders to shape financial and operational systems, connect APIs, and prototype internal MVPs that streamline business workflows while driving acquisition, activation, and retention.
