We currently have 33 outstanding properties in iconic cities such as London, Dublin, Berlin, Edinburgh, Paris, and Venice.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and innovative Operations Director to lead our hospitality operations in Germany. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing multiple sites in the German hospitality sector and excel at combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership. Fluency in both German and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with General Managers and local leaders to ensure our company’s vision is aligned and maintain a strong, cohesive culture across all properties.
2. Drive operational excellence across all properties, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and ensure financial objectives are met or exceeded.
4. Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, F&B, and HR to promote our brand values and ensure high performance across all properties.
5. Regularly review guest feedback, operational metrics, and audit scores to ensure consistent service excellence and identify areas for improvement.
6. Lead new property openings, ensuring they align with brand standards from day one and are set up for long-term success.
7. Provide ongoing support to new locations post-launch to maintain quality and operational excellence.
8. Collaborate with the HR team to nurture talent, encourage career growth, and promote a culture of excellence and high performance.
9. Ensure compliance with local German labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific standards.

What You’ll Bring:

1. A minimum of 5 years’ multi-site experience as a cluster General Manager in a dynamic, customer-focused hospitality brand, with a proven record of driving performance and growth.
2. Experience managing hospitality operations in Europe, with fluent or native-level German language skills.
3. Proven experience managing large-scale events and Food & Beverage offerings.
4. A strategic, results-driven mindset, always aiming to exceed expectations.
5. Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building strong relationships and working collaboratively with diverse teams.
6. A passion for creative problem-solving and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality.
8. Experience in strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight.
9. Ability to guide teams through change with empathy, mentorship, and clear communication.
10. A forward-thinking approach that inspires others to challenge the status quo, underpinned by careful analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
