Overview:
As Regional Operations Director for Staycity’s German locations, you will oversee all operational aspects across both hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and effective financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high standards in every area of operation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with General Managers and local leaders to align with the company’s vision, creating and sustaining a cohesive, high-performing culture across all properties.
2. Drive financial success by developing comprehensive budgets, accurately forecasting performance, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
3. Oversee diverse F&B operations, including high-volume restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, innovative offerings, and operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, F&B, and HR teams to enhance brand value, promote customer loyalty, and optimise overall property performance.
5. Continuously analyse guest feedback and audit results, implementing tailored solutions to enhance service quality and elevate the guest journey across accommodations, F&B, and events.
6. Spearhead new property openings, ensuring operational readiness, alignment with brand standards, and the successful integration of unique F&B and event offerings from day one.
7. Provide sustained support to new and existing locations, focusing on operational excellence, consistent quality, and adaptability to market trends.
8. Work closely with the HR team to attract top talent, foster career development, and cultivate a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
9. Innovate within F&B operations, identifying opportunities to enhance menus, beverage programmes, and event concepts to exceed customer expectations and market demands.
10. Leverage industry expertise to position properties as leading destinations for dining, hospitality, and memorable event experiences.

What You’ll Bring:

1. At least 5 years of multi-property leadership experience as a Regional Operations Director, with a proven ability to deliver operational success and foster growth in a hospitality-focused organisation.
2. A blend of corporate experience in early career stages and entrepreneurial leadership in independent Restaurants, Bars, and Event operations, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
3. Deep expertise in managing high-profile F&B programmes, including the development of restaurant and bar concepts, overseeing culinary excellence, and executing large-scale events.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of European hospitality markets, with fluency or native-level proficiency in German.
5. A track record of exceeding financial targets and driving operational efficiency across diverse hospitality functions, with particular focus on F&B profitability.
6. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams, driving engagement, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
7. A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences.
8. Proficiency in strategic planning, operational oversight, and financial management, with the ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.
9. A visionary approach that encourages creativity, challenges conventional thinking, and supports the delivery of unique, market-leading F&B concepts.
10. Experience in change management, mentoring teams through growth, and maintaining consistent performance during periods of transition.
