As an Azure Cloud Data Engineer, you will build and further develop scalable, secure Azure-based cloud platforms within enterprise programmes spanning automotive, e-mobility and other sectors, working hands-on across infrastructure, automation and platform engineering.

Engineering: Build out and continually develop Azure cloud platforms with a focus on stable and scalable infrastructure components.

Code: Design, implement and maintain Azure infrastructure with Terraform, with particular focus on networking and storage.

Integration: Work alongside Databricks workloads, ensuring infrastructure supports robust data engineering and analytics use cases.
- CI/CD & Automation: Build and maintain pipelines using Git Hub Actions and/or Jenkins to support reliable, repeatable deployments.

Collaboration: Partner closely with design, implementation and operations teams across a mix of hands-on delivery and conceptual development.
- Knowledge
Sharing: Contribute to best practices, internal standards and reusable solution approaches across the wider engineering organisation.

- Build out and continue developing a scalable, secure Azure cloud platform supporting a complex automotive and e-mobility data landscape.
- Design, implement and maintain Azure infrastructure with Terraform at scale, with a clear focus on networking and storage.
- Work alongside Databricks workloads, ensuring the underlying infrastructure properly supports production data engineering and analytics.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions and/or Jenkins for reliable, repeatable deployments.
- Collaborate across design, implementation and operations teams on a mix of hands-on delivery and platform-level conceptual work.
- Qualifikation
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, particularly networking and storage.
- Proven Terraform delivery at scale in production environments.
- Strong working experience with Databricks in production.
- Practical experience operating CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions and/or Jenkins.
- Track record in cloud platform or infrastructure engineering roles, ideally with exposure to large enterprise programmes.
- Professional English plus German at B2 minimum .
