As a Senior Software Engineer (Node.js) , you\’ll tackle complex challenges, from crafting compelling front-end applications to integrating with diverse providers and scaling our AWS cloud infrastructure. You\’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our platform is scalable, secure, and high-performing.

You will have an impact on:

Design and Implement: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for our platform.

Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer value.

Work with Cutting-Edge Tech: Develop in a data-intensive, distributed environment using NodeJS, TypeScript, React and AWS services.

Innovate: Design and build new functionality while improving existing systems.

Establish Best Practices: Define and implement frameworks and processes that empower the team to excel.

Lead by example by writing clean, testable code and supporting engineering best practices.

Decision-Making: Actively contribute to team decisions regarding goals, timelines, and technology stack.

Own features end-to-end — from architecture to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.

Improve performance, reliability, and scalability to ensure our platform meets enterprise-grade standards.

What you will add to our Crew:

5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in full-stack roles.

Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js/React, Node.js, MySQL, and AWS .

Strong software engineering principles : clean code, modularity, testing, and maintainability.

Experience designing and maintaining scalable, distributed systems .

Self-motivated and able to navigate a fast-changing startup environment .

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Bonus: Experience with ReactNative/Expo is a plus.
