Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) ( 50% – 100% ) in Bochum

We have a product with a patent application at its core, but no marketing engine yet. You build it: which channels, which content, which budget for what. We decide on a campaign the same day.

SteerSuite makes companies AI-native. With SteerSuite HQ we're building a platform for a plug & play AI workforce: AI agents anyone can put to work on their own tasks in a few steps, without technical skills. Founded in 2026 by Sakis Tabakis and Julian Rosen, based in Bochum/Düsseldorf and Miami.

What you'll do

• Pick and run channels: SEO/content, LinkedIn, communities like Product Hunt or Hacker News, small-scale paid campaigns. You decide what fits an AI product built for startups and small companies.
• Sharpen positioning: who hears about us first, where, and why now.
• Help plan launch campaigns for Miami this fall, then keep the engine running.
• You read the numbers and adjust course.

Who you are

• You've made a B2B product visible from zero before.
• You've owned SEO, content and at least one paid channel yourself.
• You write and post yourself.
• Business-fluent German, English at C1. We talk to customers in both.

Nice to have, not required: experience with B2B or enterprise audiences, your own case studies.

The setup

Part-time or full-time (50–100%), you tell us what fits. Start immediately, remote from Germany, occasional on-site in Bochum or Düsseldorf, we cover travel costs. The role is built to last, and the engine keeps running after the fall.

Application

The controller responsible for processing is SteerSuite GmbH, Königsallee 19, 40212 Düsseldorf. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG. For the selection process, we will share your application documents with our co-founder Julian Rosen in Miami (USA). Before this transfer takes place, we will implement an appropriate safeguard pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. We will delete your documents no later than six months after completion of the process, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Providing your documents is voluntary, but required in order to participate in the application process; without them, we cannot consider your application.
