Job Description

Working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and hands-on support.
We are looking for an extremely proactive person with a keen interest in technology, who is able to make suggestions for improvements and offer an opinion on new products or services.
Job responsibilities
  • Hardware Support
    1. Install, configure, move, and decommission end-user hardware;
    2. Diagnose and resolve issues related to: Desktops and laptops, printers and scanners and oOther workplace devices.
  • Software & Deployment
    1. Install, configure, and update software applications;
    2. Manage software patches and updates using endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM / Company Portal);
    3. Support standard system builds and configurations;
    4. Service Management (ServiceNow);
    5. Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow;
    6. Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates of tickets;
    7. Adhere to SLAs and maintain high-quality ticket hygiene.
  • Support & Troubleshooting
    1. Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users;
    2. Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution;
    3. Escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Project Support
    1. Assist in small-scale projects such as hardware refreshes and software rollouts;
    2. Support testing of new systems or applications where required.


Strong knowledge of:

  • End-user hardware and troubleshooting;
  • Microsoft Office suite;
  • Endpoint management tools (SCCM / Intune / Company Portal);
  • Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.

Basic understanding of:

  • Asset and device lifecycle management;
  • Active Directory (user/device level exposure preferred).

  • Language proficiency:
    • German: Excellent written and spoken proficiency - mandatory;
    • English: Upper-intermediate written and spoken proficiency- mandatory.
  • Desired qualifications:
    • Knowledge of End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management);
    • A strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence is very nice to have, with a desire to explore and utilize our internal SAI Library tool in excelling in your role.
