Join our team as an LCS Sales Coordinator, where you will handle inquiries, quotations, and orders in our Krones system while ensuring effective communication with customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents (e.g., quotations, orders, contracts) in the current Krones system landscape, taking into account country and customer specifics.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Organize and schedule sales meetings & presentations.
- Process Sales orders in the ERP system.
Communication
- Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding sales inquiries, updates, and complaints.
- Liaise between the local & regional sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and efficient processes.
Reporting
- Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
- Monitor sales data and provide insights to improve team efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers on open quotations, outstanding issues, or potential upselling opportunities.
Your profile
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Fluent in Arabic, English, French (Good to have).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
