Prepare decision support files and presentations.
Participate in due diligence processes.
Collaborate on ongoing real estate development projects as well as specific strategic projects.
Contribute to the preparation of offer files for investors and property developers for land and real estate projects.
Participate in the development and improvement of utilisation concepts and project development strategies.
Your profile Ongoing or completed studies in real estate management, business administration, architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
Interest in real estate investments, project development and acquisition.
Analytical mindset and good understanding of economic issues.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point.
Independent, structured and reliable working method.
Initial practical experience in the real estate sector.
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an advantage.
