HR Specialist (60%) – Fixed-term contract (6 to 12 months)As part of the development of its activities, Steriparc is looking for a motivated and autonomous person.MissionAs an HR Specialist, you provide active support in human resources management and participate in the smooth running of HR processes, from hiring to monitoring. You actively participate in compliance with HR requirements and quality standards, in particular through rigorous management of documentation and monitoring of personnel files and data, in a regulated and regularly audited environment.You contribute in particular to the following activities:Recruitment- Participate in the definition of recruitment needs with managers.- Draft and publish job offers on appropriate channels.- Ensure the sorting of applications, conduct interviews, and participate in hiring interviews.- Ensure the follow-up of integration for new personnel.Personnel Administration- Constitute and keep personnel files up to date.- Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and related documents.- Monitor probationary periods, contractual deadlines, and absences.- Ensure the monitoring of the personnel life cycle from entry to exit.Payroll Management, in support- Collect, verify, and prepare variable salary data.- Collaborate with the payroll department or external provider.- Participate in the control of payroll elements.- Answer employee questions related to salary statements.HR Support- Participate in HR projects related to processes, tools, and continuous improvement.- Contribute to internal HR communication.- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal provisions.Profile- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification.- You have confirmed experience in a human resources department.- You are fluent in French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.- You distinguish yourself by:- your rigor and sense of organization;- your good communication skills;- your team spirit;- your sense of confidentiality;- your autonomy;- your ability to manage several files simultaneously, including during busy periods.We offer- A varied activity within a rapidly growing environment.- The possibility to actively participate in the development of HR processes.- A dynamic work environment, serving health and quality.- A transversal function in contact with various internal stakeholders.Workplace: Yverdon-les-Bains (on-site presence required) jidb69905caen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
