What is invovled
- Full recruitment cycle management and lead search strategy creation and execution for a wide range of positions.
- Be a talent market advisor and consultant to hiring teams.
- Work closely with the HR Team and develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure process and hiring teams are providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Leverage the full range of tools and sources available to you to generate a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Some travel may be required.
Required Experience
- Fluent in German language.
- 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or sourcing role.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
