WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the delivery of AI solutions across our portfolio companies, from initial idea and business case through technical design and production to adoption and continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop a team of AI and software engineers: set priorities, remove blockers, give feedback, and build a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases together with portfolio companies, and turn business challenges into clear roadmaps, scoped projects, and measurable outcomes.
• Own planning, resourcing, budgets, and risks across multiple parallel projects, and ensure transparent reporting on progress, impact, and value delivered.
• Work side by side with Top Management to translate emerging AI opportunities into a clear digital direction, and act as the key link between business, management, and engineering.
• Drive engineering quality and delivery discipline: make agile principles work in practice, bring user needs into the process, and make sure data infrastructure and pipelines are built to be reusable, scalable, and reproducible.
• Manage external partners and vendors where needed, and ensure that security, compliance, and governance requirements are met.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of experience in project, program, or product management of software, data, or AI projects, ideally with people leadership responsibility.
• A proven track record of delivering complex projects from idea to production, on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.
• Strong leadership skills: you motivate and develop technical talent, give clear direction, and create an environment where engineers do their best work.
• Solid technical understanding of modern software and AI (LLMs, AI agents, generative AI, APIs). You don't need to code daily, but you can challenge designs, assess effort and risk, and speak credibly with engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from Top Management and portfolio company executives to hands-on developers, with a talent for translating between business and technology.
• A structured, curious, and solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to spot opportunities that are not immediately obvious.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A plus: background in consulting, familiarity with DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, or cybersecurity, and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master / Product Owner.
