IT Project Manager (regulated infrastructure / utilities environment) Location: Aarau, Switzerland Project Duration: ASAP - 31/10/2027 Workload: 100% Remote Share: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Analyse and refine project ideas; assess feasibility, economic viability, risks and success factors in coordination with portfolio and programme management as well as the business sponsor. Prepare a project pre-study as the basis for go/no-go decisions, including objectives, solution variants and evaluation. Develop the project mandate including objectives, resources, milestones, timelines, costs, effort, methodology, WBS, risk plan and project organisation. Establish and manage an appropriate project organisation in line with internal project governance standards. Break down the project into sub-projects and work packages; manage supplier evaluation; plan staffing, responsibilities and performance targets. Recruit, lead and assess project team members. Identify impacts of change requests, issues and changing constraints; develop solution proposals and align them with the project sponsor. Define project marketing and communication plans; ensure transparent stakeholder communication and engagement. Establish and execute project-related quality assurance; ensure acceptance and approval of deliverables. Implement proactive risk management, including identification, analysis, mitigation strategies and measures. Review and approve project results; initiate formal acceptance by the sponsor. Define KPIs for progress and success tracking; apply suitable controlling instruments. Plan and control scope, schedule, costs, quality and risks; prepare status reports; manage deviations. Lead the project team and ensure alignment with the line organisation. Prepare a project closure review covering time, cost, functionality, teamwork, goal achievement and lessons learned. Requirements Mandatory Skills Completed university degree (University / FH or equivalent), e.g. Business Informatics Proven experience in managing IT projects at the required competency level HERMES Foundation or IPMA Level C (or equivalent) Very strong written communication skills Language skills: German C1, English B2 Nice-to-have Skills Industry experience in energy supply / utilities Experience with agile project management methods Soft Skills High level of initiative Fast comprehension and analytical mindset Service- and result-oriented approach Independent and structured working style Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
