Then this job might be just for you! “This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of amazing global SDRs, all thinking outside the box and driving toward one goal: how do we creatively engage enterprise banking, financial services and insurance organisations?” says Carlos Lopez, Team Lead, Sales Development.
The Sales Development Representative at Stibo Systems is not your typical "SDR" role. You will help build pipeline across the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector, engaging complex enterprise organisations where trusted, connected data is central to customer experience, operational efficiency and business growth. By joining a collaborative fast‑paced culture that relies and thrives on individuals who will go above and beyond, you will build and define not only your future, but the growth of the company at large! You will have close contact with your Sales and Field Marketing partners to support your daily work and future development. This position will report to the EMEA/ APJ SDR Team Lead and will be based in our Hamburg office for a minimum of 1 day per week.
You will be focused on supporting growth across the BFSI sector, working Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), profiling priority accounts and progressing engagement through Sales Accepted Leads (SALs).
More specifically, you will:
- Cover the EMEA region, driving sales and business development activities that generate leads and create opportunities across net‑new BFSI prospects, existing customers and strategic partners.
- Use the latest technologies to research at pace, identify relevant buying signals and personalise outreach, with an AI‑first mentality.
- Work closely with Sales partners to build account strategies and create opportunities within priority banking, financial services and insurance accounts.
- Profile existing BFSI customers to identify cross‑sell and expansion opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.
- Develop a strong understanding of BFSI business priorities, stakeholder groups and data challenges to create relevant, value‑led conversations.
- Collaborate daily with Field Marketing on the campaigns, MQLs, events and target accounts that matter most.
- Be accountable for a monthly opportunity‑creation target and quarterly MBOs, with a focus on quality, progression and pipeline impact.
This is your Team. Working within the global demand generation team, you will be tightly aligned with Field Marketing, Sales and other regional partners to build and qualify BFSI demand. Your team will include 15+ BDR and SDR colleagues located across the globe, bringing varied market perspectives and experience levels, from graduates to seasoned professionals.
