What you can expect: After a thorough basic training with an insight into all production steps, you will gradually move into your area of responsibility - you will be assigned to an experienced production manager and, after the initial training phase, you will be responsible for the implementation of various projects and manage a team of around 40 employees.
You monitor and coordinate smooth production processes
You ensure that time and quality specifications are met
You lead a motivated team and actively develop your colleagues
You are part of our continuous improvement process - ideas welcome!
You carry out quality checks and monitor raw materials and machine parameters
You create work instructions for the respective process sequences.
You liaise closely with production management and meet strategic and technical targets.
High degree of flexibility with regard to the control and processing of batch size 1 production
What you bring with you:
Completed wood technology or technical training (e.g. technical college, HTL, similar)
Several years of experience in a comparable management position with employee responsibility, as well as an appreciative, positive management style
Enthusiasm for production processes and their optimisation
A high degree of quality awareness, reliability and personal responsibility
Motivation for personal and professional development
Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts (2-shift operation)
