What you can expect:

Primary responsibility for all security matters within the company

Planning, organising and delivering training sessions

Carrying out workplace assessments, risk analyses and accident investigations

Drawing up and updating operating instructions, safety plans and emergency plans

Providing support and advice to managers and staff on all matters relating to health and safety at work

Handling regulatory submissions independently

Coordination and monitoring of compliance with regulatory requirements (Section 82b of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO))

Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines

Point of contact for public authorities, occupational health specialists and external inspection bodies

Drawing up and regularly updating the waste management plan

Monitoring of environmental requirements and key performance indicators

What you bring with you:

Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, technical college, university of applied sciences or university)

Knowledge of Austrian worker protection legislation and relevant legal provisions

Experience in dealing with public authorities and complying with regulatory requirements would be an advantage

Professional experience in the field of health and safety would be an advantage

A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work

Organisational skills, communication skills and team spirit

For this role, we offer a gross monthly salary starting at €3,000 on a full-time basis. A higher salary may be offered depending on qualifications.
