Foundation for the Horse - Le Roselet
The Foundation for the Horse is a public utility foundation created in 1958 with the aim of offering "retired" horses a life free from any constraints in the Jura highlands. It currently houses 200 horses, ponies, and donkeys, spread across its four stations: Le Roselet, Le Jeanbrenin, Maison Rouge, and Les Murs. They are monitored and cared for by around twenty staff members. Each year, nearly 100,000 people visit the Foundation. We are looking for, to start immediately or by agreement:
A person to strengthen the Public Relations team (80%, bilingual)
Workplace: Le Roselet, 2345 Les Breuleux JU
Main tasks:
- active participation within the Public Relations and Administration teams- planning and monitoring the production of various publications- management and updating of the website and social media- planning events and activities for the public: guided tours, discovery days, exhibitions- information for donors; sponsorship follow-up- contact with the media- selection of the assortment and production of souvenirs- archiving all important documents and images for the history of the Foundation
We wish for:- native French or German speaker, with very good knowledge of the other language- affinity with the equestrian world and the Jura- identification with the goals and values of the Foundation- writing skills and experience in text composition- team spirit and autonomy in planning and implementing projects- enthusiasm for communication and contact with visitors
