Position in the HR department of the Central Service Unit of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz
The Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz (SPK) is among the world\’s largest cultural and scientific institutions, featuring renowned museums, libraries, archives, and research facilities. It uniquely combines art and culture with science and research, playing a central role in Germany\’s cultural, educational, and scientific landscape. It is also one of the largest non-university research institutions in the humanities and social sciences in Germany and beyond.
Your Responsibilities
- Personnel and technical leadership of the HR service department
- Consulting and supporting managers and department heads on complex personnel and policy issues
- Designing and optimizing processes and structures in HR services, digitalization, and quality management
- Making fundamental decisions and managing change processes considering current developments and legal requirements
- Representing the SPK in personnel representation, labor, and civil service court proceedings
Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer (with the ability to serve as a judge)
- Proven expertise and practical experience in civil service, labor, and tariff law, as well as related legal fields
- High decision-making and responsibility skills
- Strong communication skills and social competence
- Resilience and flexibility
Desired:
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Knowledge and experience in administrative modernization/digitalization and process management
The position is also open to individuals already in civil service, with transfer via secondment or reassignment planned.
