You are the People Lead for the employees of a division within Group IT, owning disciplinary leadership and accountability for people management, capability development, workforce stability, and culture, while working closely with functional leads to ensure high organizational performance.
What you'll be doing
You own and ensure compliant, consistent execution of all people and HR processes, including goal setting, performance management, development, compensation, and talent reviews within your assigned division
You act as trusted partner and advisor to functional leads and division leadership teams on people, organization, and transformation topics
You coach and develop employees, foster continuous learning, and support teams in achieving their full potential
You provide guidance and support in a complex and evolving transformation environment
You foster a transparent, feedback-driven, and collaborative culture across Group IT, strengthening engagement, learning, and cross-unit collaboration
What you'll bring to the role
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
Proven experience in people leadership within an IT environment, with strong leadership capabilities
IT Technical background with an in-depth understanding of IT processes
Strong communication, coaching and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage change and support team resilience
Pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude
Experience in employee development and career planning is a plus
Fluent in English & German
