As
IT Site Lead Europe
you will take full ownership of local and decentralized IT operations across multiple sites. You will act as a strategic partner to business leadership while ensuring reliable, compliant, and future‑ready IT and OT landscapes.
Strategic focus
Define and drive the IT strategy across Switzerland / France / Portugal in alignment with Corporate IT and business priorities.
Act as trusted advisor to site leadership on digital transformation and IT/OT roadmaps.
Harmonize IT systems and processes across sites to increase standardization and efficiency.
Ensure alignment with global IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
Operational focus
Lead and continuously improve local IT infrastructure and service delivery across sites.
Manage service desk operations and contribute to global IT service management processes.
Oversee IT and OT projects end‑to‑end (scope, timelines, budget, quality).
Lead, develop and coach international IT teams and manage external partners and vendors.
Ensure GxP‑compliant IT systems through validation, change control and periodic reviews.
To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:
Degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
Proven leadership experience managing IT teams in an international manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT/OT systems and digital landscapes.
Solid knowledge of GxP environments and Pharma regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; German, French or Portuguese are a strong plus.
Your technical expertise
Network architecture, virtualization, storage and enterprise systems.
IT service management and infrastructure operations.
Computer System Validation (CSV) and regulated environments.
Automation and monitoring tools.
