We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Release Manager to lead and improve end‑to‑end releases across AMOS, web, mobile and integrations. Drive cross‑functional coordination (R&D, QA, Product, Ops, customer teams) to deliver predictable, efficient, high‑quality releases.
Starting date: as soon as possible.
Tasks
Define and manage release strategy, calendar, governance and policies
Align releases with business goals, customer needs, quality and security
Own and optimize processes, tools and automation
Drive continuous improvement, compliance and resilience
Plan and oversee releases across AMOS, web, mobile, integrations
Lead release events, patch cycles and maintenance
Act as central contact for stakeholders, decisions and escalations
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D, QA, Product, Ops, customer teams)
Ensure readiness (release notes, pipelines, app store submissions)
Support testing, beta programs and customer validation
Monitor releases via dashboards and reporting
Manage risks, dependencies and mitigation plans

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in Release, Delivery, or Project Management in enterprise software environments
Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), QA, release governance, change and risk management
Excellent organization, communication, and cross‑functional stakeholder management skills
Familiar with CI/CD, deployment processes, version control (Git/SVN), issue tracking and automation
Analytical, process‑driven mindset with experience in metrics, optimization and continuous improvement
