Your role as a PC Software Validation and Automation Engineer :

• Lead validation automation activities. Define the automation roadmap, including maintenance of the automation framework and development of new tests.
• Coordinate regularly with the project manager and team regarding test strategy, coverage, progress, and reporting.
• Ensure test execution for each delivery.
• Investigate and track tickets.
• Design, implement, review, and maintain automatic tests; integrate them into the automated test platform.

Required profile :

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a senior software validation and automation engineer.
• Strong academic background in Software or Hardware engineering.
• Good knowledge of ARM Cortex cores, embedded C, and associated compilers (EWARM, MDK-ARM).
• Good understanding of STM32 microcontroller architecture and ecosystem.
• Familiarity with communication, analog, and system microcontroller peripherals (I2C, UART, ADC, DMA, FLASH, etc.).
• Solid programming experience in embedded C.
• Experience with software configuration management tools, code review, defect tracking, and peer review (e.g., Git, Bugzilla, Gerrit).
• Ability to read schematics and datasheets for hardware components.
• Excellent documentation, writing, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Independent, punctual, multi-tasker, and team-oriented.

ISTQB Foundation Level certification is appreciated.

Education and experience :

• Master\’s degree (5 years).
• 2-5 years of experience.

Languages :

• French (Advanced).
• English (Business fluent).
