The Technical Marketing Manager is responsible for business development, promotion, and billing of a portfolio of multiple products related to the market of RF IC, communication infrastructure, and space products in the EMEA region. We are also open to less experienced Product Marketing Managers to cover a lower product range in the Central European region.
Profile
We are looking for a candidate with leadership skills, strong communication skills, digital communication skills, self-motivation, a keenness for innovation, the ability to take initiative, a problem-solving attitude, adaptability, and a team spirit.
Technical Background
The candidate should have a technical background in RF, semiconductor technology, and ASIC. They should also have market knowledge in at least one of the following segments: communication infrastructure, space, or industrial applications.
Competence in Marketing Analysis
The candidate should be competent in marketing analysis, such as the 4C and go-to-market 5P methodology. They should also be familiar with market segmentation and positioning (value proposition creation process) as well as the promotion process and deployment.
Experience in Business Development Process
The candidate should have experience in the business development process. They should be able to identify new opportunities in collaboration with the sales forces and propose the most appropriate technical solutions that match the customers\‘ needs. They should also be able to plan and carry out the necessary strategies to maximize sales, market shares, and margins. Solid business development experience with track records is appreciated.
Travel
The candidate should be able to travel all over the EMEA region.
The candidate should have proficiency in English, and knowledge of either German or French is strongly appreciated.
