To support our growth, we are recruiting a Tractor Driver/Agricultural Machinery Driver at 100%.In this role, you will drive various agricultural vehicles and transport seasonal harvests to ensure transport from the fields to our depots.Main responsibilities:- Drive tractors, self-propelled machines, and various specialized agricultural vehicles;- Carry out phytosanitary treatments using self-propelled vehicles;- Ensure the transport of harvests and trailers between fields and depots;- Perform soil cultivation work;- Carry out sowing and weeding using adapted equipment;- Participate in various mechanized tasks according to needs;- Check the proper functioning of machines daily;- Perform routine maintenance work: level checks, lubrication, and simple adjustments;- Identify and report any anomalies or breakdowns;- Ensure the cleanliness, storage, and proper maintenance of the equipment used;- Provide occasional support for other agricultural activities, particularly to the team or field work.Required qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience as an agricultural machinery driver;- B driving license;- Knowledge of GPS-guided driving systems;- Oral proficiency in French.Interpersonal skills:- You have at least experience in driving agricultural machinery;- You master the driving of tractors, self-propelled machines, and agricultural vehicles equipped for treatments;- You ideally know GPS-guided driving systems;- You master the equipment intended for soil cultivation, sowing, and weeding;- You are capable of performing first-level maintenance and detecting simple breakdowns;- You possess a Swiss B driving license;- Forklift licenses R1 and R4 are an asset;- Training in the agricultural field or agricultural mechanics is also an asset;- You have good oral proficiency in French.Personal qualities:- Conscientious and autonomous person, you demonstrate reliability and enjoy teamwork.
