Job Description Summary
The HOPE intern assists with many behind-the-scenes tasks associated with the HOPE program. They work with the Campus Minister for Service Immersion on tasks including, but not limited to: maintaining database of HOPE participants; keeping meeting minutes at student leader meetings; communicating with HOPE sites regarding logistics; general clerical office work and other duties as assigned. Necessary skills: hardworking, passion for service and justice, openness to learn and work independently. Must be detail oriented and able to provide service with community partners, students, faculty, & staff. This student may also occasionally be called on to perform minor tasks for the Office of Campus Ministry as needed.
Job Requirements
The HOPE intern must have attended at least one HOPE trip/immersion, and has a deep passion for the program. Must possess great interpersonal skills, multifaceted computer skills, working knowledge of service immersion programs and openness to earn and grow.
