Aufgaben
- Google Ads Management – You will take full ownership of our Google Ads campaigns (B2B & B2C), ensuring they align with our company goals and growth strategy.
- Performance Optimization – You will continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to enhance performance while keeping costs efficient.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – You will monitor and analyze account performance based on defined KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Budget Planning & Resource Management – You will plan budgets strategically and ensure efficient resource management.
- Multi-Channel Performance Marketing – You will manage additional performance marketing channels like Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Pinterest, developing cross-channel strategies.
- Reporting & Growth Opportunities – You will create insightful reports and identify new growth opportunities based on data-driven insights.
Profil
- Your Background – You have professional experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, etc.) with a strong focus on campaign management.
- Proficiency in Reporting & Analytics Tools – You are skilled in using reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio) to derive actionable insights.
- Experience in Additional Channels – Experience with other performance marketing channels (Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Pinterest) and conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, URL parameters, data layer) is a plus.
- Proactive Personality – You are a self-starter with a curious mindset, eager to learn and contribute actively to team success.
- Strong Analytical Skills – You have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess data-driven insights and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Language Skills – You are fluent in English (spoken and written), and proficiency in German is a plus for this role.

The gross annual salary starts at 42.000 €. Your actual salary will, of course, depend on your qualifications and experience, and will be discussed with you personally.
