A YC-backed, early-stage startup is building the operating system for subcontractor management in construction.
The company already has 100+ customers and is now looking for its first Product Manager.
The role
You'll work directly with the Co-Founders, owning product from customer problem → idea → design → build → launch.
- Own product areas end-to-end
- Speak directly with customers and users
- Turn real problems into simple, usable products
- Work closely with engineering
- Help shape how Product is built from the ground up
This is a hands-on PM #1 role - not a process-heavy corporate PM job.
You
- Hungry, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Strong product and UI/UX instincts
- Comfortable speaking with customers and decision-makers
- Good technical understanding
- Fluent German (C1+)
- Based in / willing to work primarily from Munich
Construction experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
