We’re hiring a Principal Fullstack Engineer / Tech Lead to join a YC-backed construction tech company in Munich.
They’re digitising one of Europe’s least digitised industries, already working with 100+ contractor customers and growing their engineering team.
You’ll be hands-on with the code while helping shape the technical direction and engineering practices as the team scales.
You’ll work with:
- TypeScript / Node.js / NestJS
- React / Next.js
- PostgreSQL & AWS
- Python microservices
- Increasing use of LLMs / AI
We’re looking for:
- Senior-level software engineering experience
- Strong fullstack experience, ideally TypeScript / Node.js
- Experience with scalable systems and architecture
- Someone who wants technical ownership, not just people management
- Startup experience preferred
- German B2+
