Overview
An AI start-up in Paderborn transforming the world of orthopaedic surgery is looking for a Software Security Engineer to join their growing team. This is a flexible hybrid role requiring around 2 days in the office per week, reporting to the Engineering Manager. A minimum level of A2 German is required.
Responsibilities
- Identify vulnerabilities in code and remediate issues.
- Improve the secure software development lifecycle (S-SDLC).
- Manage security issues, conduct security analyses, and install new systems and components.
- Implement security measures across the environment.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates with internships or work-student experience are encouraged to apply; PhD holders are also welcome.
- Experience with Linux systems.
- Proficiency in C++ or Python.
- Knowledge of DevOps and GitLab.
- Foundational knowledge of IT security.
