Brief Description
Are you a legal assistant with a passion for IT? Do you excel at quickly understanding new topics and problems, and are you always looking for ways to automate routine tasks? If so, you are the perfect fit! As a Legal Tech company, we aim to support our clients in the best possible way with our law firm management software \“Advoware\“ .

Your Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries at 1st and 2nd level after comprehensive training
  • Supporting and advising our clients on the use of our legal tech solutions around Advoware
  • Providing solutions to technical and professional questions via phone, email, and remote support
  • Recording and documenting customer inquiries in the ticket system
  • Collaborating closely with technical support and other project teams

Your Profile

  • Completed training as a legal assistant or legal clerk
  • Ideally, at least one year of relevant experience with software applications
  • Excellent German language skills and proficiency in office software, including MS Office
  • A true team player with a service-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills, able to work independently and responsibly

Your Team

You will be part of the Advoware support team, working from home or visiting one of our locations.
