Strat-Bridge is partnered with a leading global strategy house seeking a Partner, Construction, to build and lead its building-materials proposition across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
This is a senior growth role for a commercially credible industry specialist who can pair deep sector knowledge with board-level strategy. You will shape a differentiated offering for building-materials manufacturers, with cement a priority. You will work with senior clients on portfolio strategy, operations and decarbonisation, M&A and transformation.
Working with C-suite clients, you will originate and lead major programmes, set investment priorities and turn sector challenges into clear strategic agendas.

What They Are Looking For
- Partner background (10+ years) from a leading strategy or management consultancy
- Deep expertise in building materials and construction products, ideally cement
- Track record of building client relationships into significant accounts with manufacturers such as Holcim, Heidelberg Materials, Cemex, CRH, Saint-Gobain, Knauf, Etex or Sika
- Consistent personal origination and a track record of winning work
- Proven strength in one or more of strategy, operations, M&A and sustainability
- A founder mindset, with the appetite to build a practice rather than join one
- Fluency in German and English
