As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior Manager Finance EMEA to join our dynamic finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Management and development of the finance team
- Responsible for compliance with local accounting standards
- Support of subsidiaries (shared services)
- Implementation and compliance with tax requirements (e.g., EStG, KStG, GewStG, UStG)
- Ongoing assessment and optimization of existing processes and implementation of corporate guidelines
- Monitoring and control of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assessment and evaluation of customer ratings
- Cash forecasting, planning, and accounts payable management
- Compliance with reporting obligations (UVA, ZM, commercial register)
- Contact person for local and international auditors
- Responsible for or participation in assigned projects
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a (International) Certified Accountant qualification or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or similar
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position
