Strategic Business Systems (SBS) is expanding our team in Wiesbaden, Germany supporting a federal government contract. In this role the candidate will play part in supporting the storage and backup environment for the customer by providing additional Desktop/Helpdesk support. This is a full-time opportunity with SBS. ***Current active DoD Secret clearance required***
Requirements
Specialized Experience
- Four (4) years experience using and maintaining Microsoft server or PC based applications.
- Four years experience with IT Customer Service organization
- Two (2) years direct experience with U.S. military command and control or commercial LAN/WAN communication systems.
Specialized Certification
- Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support Technician
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Administrator
Security Clearance
Current U.S.SECRET clearance required (IT-1).
Special Requirements
DoD 8570.01-M, IA workforce certification: IAT-II (Security+).
Education
Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics. Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of specialized experience, or an associate's degree plus 7 years of specialized experience, or a major certification plus 7 years of specialized experience, or 11 years of specialized experience.
