Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s client is one of America’s Best Mid-Sized Companies. The company is currently looking for a Payroll Specialist.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will report to the Payroll Manager in Lithuania. Your primary responsibility will be the preparation and follow-up of payroll processing for our Lampertheim site, which employs approximately 500 people and operates a digital time-tracking system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and post-processing of payroll
2. Collaboration with an external payroll service provider
3. Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including account reconciliation
4. Entry and verification of time management data in the time tracking system
5. Maintenance of employee master data in IT-based HR systems and personnel files
6. Assistance with internal and external audits
7. Participation in improvement projects

Your Profile:

1. At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an international company
2. Knowledge of labor law and basic understanding of social security and income tax regulations
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications
4. Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and attention to detail
5. Fluent in German and good command of English (spoken and written)

The offered salary is up to 70k annually.
