Project Manager – Defence Projects (m/f/d)

We are partnering with a fast-growing defence tech company looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead mission-critical defence programs and work directly with military and government clients. What you’ll do: Lead complex defence projects from concept to delivery. Serve as the primary contact for military and government stakeholders. Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and supplier negotiations. Ensure compliance with defence standards, security protocols, and export controls. Who we’re looking for: 5+ years project management experience in defence or military programs. Direct experience with military organizations (Bundeswehr, MoD, NATO). Experience in claims management and contract negotiation. Fluent in German and English. PMP / PRINCE2 / IPMA a plus, but hands-on military program experience counts most.
