We are seeking a Senior Test Data Manager with strong end-to-end banking domain expertise and experience managing complex test data initiatives across large-scale banking environments. Must be Swiss based.
Key Responsibilities
Lead test data management activities across 100+ banking applications and their respective business and technology stakeholders.
Assess, define, and classify data entities, including customers, financial instruments, transactions, and documents.
Manage test data requirements, data provisioning, and data quality across multiple systems and testing phases.
Coordinate communication and execution across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of test data solutions.
Oversee data deployments, data modifications, assessments, and issue resolution activities.
Track project progress, Q&A activities, testing support, and execution milestones.
Collaborate with business, testing, and technology teams to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
Extensive experience in Test Data Management within the banking industry.
Strong understanding of end-to-end banking systems and data flows.
Deep knowledge of banking data domains, including customer, transaction, document, and financial instrument data.
Experience working across large application landscapes and complex stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
