IT employee for user support (m/f/d)

As an IT employee (m/f/d) in user support, you will skillfully juggle between the wishes of users (m/f/d) and the whims of technology.

Your Tasks

• Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems related to software, hardware and network
• Answering inquiries by phone, email or ticket system
• Troubleshooting on site or via remote access
• Setup of PCs, laptops and peripherals according to user requirements
• Installation of operating systems, drivers and application software
• Setting up and configuring workstations according to technical specifications
• Support in the maintenance of Windows server systems, telephone systems and other IT systems

Your Ideal Profile

• Successfully completed training in information technology
• Practical experience in user support and good knowledge of Microsoft-based infrastructure
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems (Mac OS X an advantage) and Microsoft Office
• Service orientation, ability to work in a team and independent and reliable way of working
