Overview In this role, you will define and drive the end-to-end development of dental implant treatment workflows. You will collaborate across R D, Marketing, Sales, Digital and Clinical teams to translate insights into scalable products. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to post-market optimization, shaping solutions that improve patient experiences. Verantwortungsbereiche Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs Architect and integrate dental treatment workflows across the patient journey Lead workflow innovation incorporating CAD/CAM, 3D printing, imaging, and treatment planning Translate market trends and customer insights into clear product requirements and value propositions Voice of the customer across R implantology/restorative dentistry is a plus Passion for innovation and digital health transformation Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strategic, analytical mindset with a customer-first orientation Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare, or related field; MBA/MSc a plus Fluent in English; additional languages a plus communication stakeholder engagement customer-centricity CAD/CAM 3D printing imaging
