Overview As Senior Procurement Leader, you will shape the EMEA procurement function and steer key indirect categories globally. You’ll partner with regional and global leadership to define strategies, governance, and a multi-year roadmap that aligns with the overall procurement strategy. You’ll drive transformation through category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationships, while embracing analytics and digital tools. This role offers high visibility, cross-functional impact, and an opportunity to lead change at scale. You’ll join a global leadership team focused on capability building and enterprise-wide transformation. Verantwortungsbereiche Establish and lead the EMEA procurement organization, governance, operating model, and multi-year roadmap aligned with regional priorities and global strategy Act as primary procurement partner to EMEA leadership, Technology, and Global Marketing leadership Build procurement visibility and engagement across countries, business units, manufacturing sites, and functions Lead EMEA procurement transformation, embedding category management, strategic sourcing, SRM, governance, and performance practices Accelerate adoption of procurement systems, analytics, data standards, and digital tools Hold global accountability for Marketing and IT indirect categories, defining strategies and roadmaps Lead and develop Marketing and IT Category Managers and strengthen cross-functional category governance Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and lead complex sourcing and negotiations with senior sponsorship Deliver value beyond price through innovation, demand optimization, risk management, sustainability, service improvement, and supplier performance Participate as a member of the Global Procurement Leadership Team, contributing to functional strategy and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Zentrale Anforderungen Significant senior procurement experience in complex international settings Proven track record of building or transforming procurement organizations and operating models Strong experience in indirect procurement, global category management, strategic sourcing and supplier management Experience influencing decisions at senior executive levels in matrix organizations Demonstrated leadership of large-scale transformation and capability-building initiatives Strong commercial, financial, and analytical judgment linking procurement to business outcomes Excellent written and spoken English Strategic thinking Stakeholder engagement Change leadership Indirect procurement Global category management Strategic sourcing
