About your tasks:
- Steering the UX activities, especially the design activities in app area.
- Planning and selection of user-centered methods.
- Integration of UX research to understand the context of use (UX Researchers will be at your side).
- Creation of design concepts and conceptual modeling with variations; information architectures, navigation structures and wireframes.
- Conducting UX workshops, e.g. from the field of design thinking.
- Defining and visualizing interaction flows.
- Implementation and design of the sensory UI design in Figma.
- Integration of our corporate identity and corporate design in the UI design through close exchange with the brand.
- Comprehensible presentation of your ideas and concepts.
About you:
- Your design approaches follow the Human Centered Design process.
- Routine in Figma or comparable prototyping / design tools.
- Practical experience in interdisciplinary UX workshops.
- High level of self-organization (you like to take the initiative to realize your ideas and track progress).
- Ability to balance brand, usability, accessibility and conversion goals.
- Strong feedback and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German at an intermediate level or above.
