Partner Solutions Architect – Technology Partners

As a member of the Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) team, you will act as the technical liaison to Stripe’s Technology Partners, guiding them through strategic co‑solutioning, education, and enablement to grow their businesses and generate non‑linear revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with key technology partners to build and scale Stripe capabilities, driving growth for both parties.
  • Develop and execute enablement plans for partner solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions and deep dives on Stripe’s value proposition with partner leadership.
  • Engage with CTOs, engineering and other technical leads at partners to share roadmaps, showcase innovations and define partnership strategies.
  • Communicate partner success internally through QBRs and other metrics.
  • Provide oversight, guidance and support during partner sales processes to ensure joint opportunity success.
  • Educate the Stripe sales team on partner solutions and capabilities.
  • Advocate for key technology partners within specific sales regions and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate on technical assets (sample code, demos, best‑practice guides) to help partners implement solutions.
  • Offer partner‑focused guidance on Stripe products through feedback and insights.
Minimum Requirements
  • 10+ years of customer‑facing engineering experience (solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer) at a global software enterprise.
  • Strong technical acumen in API integrations, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architectures, and an understanding of how technology partners build and scale integrated solutions.
  • Experience working with technology partner ecosystems and payment solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial infrastructure industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Experience co‑selling and co‑solutioning with go‑to‑market partners.
  • Executive engagement skills and the ability to build credibility with key decision‑makers.
  • Confidence in group facilitation and leading customer meetings to pursue opportunities.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to learn Stripe solutions such as Payments, Connect, Issuing, and related products. xayajpt
