• Development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
• Recruitment and selection of qualified candidates: Creating and publishing job advertisements, conducting applicant screenings and interviews, working closely with specialist departments to define requirement profiles, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Supporting employees from an international team throughout their entire employment cycle
• Conducting performance reviews and performance appraisals
• Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations
• Promoting a positive corporate culture and employee retention
• Contract management
• Being the point of contact for project managers and employees for all HR issues
