What you’ll do
- Find and engage new B2B customers in international markets.
- Build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Introduce BeeOps to potential customers through discovery calls and product demos.
- Understand customer needs and identify where AI can create business value.
- Schedule meetings and collaborate with our founders and engineering team throughout the sales process.
- Keep CRM updated and continuously improve your sales approach.
We’re looking for someone who has
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong spoken and written German (B2+ / C1 or higher).
- Experience with outbound sales and lead generation.
- Confidence communicating with decision-makers.
- A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity about AI technologies.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
- Be one of the first people shaping our sales function.
- Sell an exciting AI product in one of the fastest-growing technology markets.
- Work directly with the founders and have a real impact on business growth.
- International clients and global market.
