- Consistently exceeding ARR targets
- 95% Inbound sales motion
The Role:
- Strategic/Enterprise Account Executive
- Germany based – Remote
- Up to €260K OTE (50/50) + huge equity play (Opportunity for $1m exit)
- Strong quota attainment across the team
- Rep who was 4 months into the role completed a $1.1m deal
Leadership:
- All sales leadership have a track record of multiple exits
- Founders 2nd startup
- Ex-Snowflake CEO on the board
- ThoughtSpot founder on the board
- Fivetran founder on the board
Interview Process:
- 1st: 1hr meeting w/ Head of Sales
- 2nd: Call w/ Chief Operating Officer
- 3rd: Sales Challenge
- 4th: Whiteboard session w/ Head of RevOps
